Hello!

I'm Carole-Anne Boisvert, a registered holistic nutritionist, trauma informed and Metabolic Balance coach. I work with men and women who experience anxiety and would like to avoid taking medication or reduce their prescription. I believe anxiety is an emotion that is felt through the body and mind and with my services, I can help balance your hormones, improve sleep and clear the brain fog as the personalized meal plan tailors to your unique body and will highlight the areas that needs extra support.

This is important to me because I have experienced anxiety myself for a number of years and I noticed that getting your body in balance first can really support your mental health which develops a good foundation while working psychologically towards getting the anxiety under control.

Information on practice

I offer a 12-week program that's divided in 12 modules, each week you will receive a new module so you'll have all the tools to make this new lifestyle sustainable long-term. Of course, you'll get the requisition form to get your blood work done, which will then be submitted to the doctors in Germany so they can create your personalized meal plan. You will also receive 5 1:1 sessions to celebrate every milestone and to provide you with more clarity on the next steps; every Tuesday, I'll be doing a Live on Zoom for you to ask any questions that may come up; there will be Friday accountability check-ins just to ensure you are on the right track; and you'll be part of a community with like minded people sharing recipes and inspiration. I'm looking forward to working with you and can't wait for you to experience a happy life without anxiety bringing you down!
