Lia Gomez, RHN, CANNP

Lia is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Functional Nutritionist with an online clinical practice dedicated to helping women feel at home in their bodies again.

Since 2020, she has supported clients in optimizing metabolism, hormones, and overall well-being, and has been guiding women through the Metabolic Balance program since 2022.

Her work is shaped not only by her clinical training, but by lived experience. As a mother of two, Lia understands how dramatically our needs can shift after pregnancy, during busy seasons of life, and through hormonal transitions like perimenopause. After navigating changes in her own metabolism, she turned to Metabolic Balance to restore energy, improve metabolic flexibility, and achieve sustainable fat loss without extremes or burnout.

Living on an island, Lia draws daily inspiration from the natural world. She is the founder of a functional tea company, teaches yoga in her community, tends a growing garden, and keeps chickens with her family. This connection to nature informs her philosophy: health is not something we force, but something we cultivate with consistency, nourishment, and attention.

As she moves through her own perimenopause journey, Lia brings an added layer of empathy and insight to her work, helping women navigate this transition with more ease, resilience, and understanding of their changing bodies.

Full Bloom Health is an all-online nutrition and wellness practice dedicated to helping women optimize their metabolism, hormones, and overall well-being. Through personalized programs, including Metabolic Balance, I guide clients to achieve sustainable weight management, increased energy, and improved relationship to food and body.
