I’m a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach and a licensed healthcare professional in Canada. As a Registered Homeopath regulated in Ontario, I bring decades of experience in individualized, client-centred care.

I support women and men who want to restore balance, increase energy, and achieve sustainable metabolic health through personalized nutrition, structured guidance, and a calm, thoughtful approach. I believe that lasting change comes from listening deeply, understanding your unique health history, and working together to build habits that fit your life.

My coaching practice focuses on helping you restore metabolic balance, improve energy, and achieve sustainable health through the Metabolic Balance® program. I work with women and men at all stages of life, supporting a wide range of goals, including weight management, hormonal balance, energy optimization, and overall well-being.

Initial consultations allow for a thorough review of your health history, lifestyle, and personal goals, so we can create a plan that is tailored specifically to you. Follow-up sessions provide guidance, accountability, and support, helping you integrate practical changes into your daily life for long-term success.

My approach is structured yet flexible. I emphasize understanding your body’s signals, creating balanced habits, and building confidence in your ability to maintain metabolic health.
