With a deep commitment to empowering women aged 35 and beyond, Muneerah specializes in helping them reset their metabolism, restore energy, and cultivate sustainable, vibrant health through midlife and beyond.

A self-proclaimed foodie, she embraces an 80/20 approach to nutrition, believing that consistency, not perfection, is the key to a healthy lifestyle, with room for enjoyment and indulgence.

Muneerah regularly shares her expertise through Lunch & Learns, women’s circles, radio, and podcast appearances, driven by her mission to equip women with practical health education so they can confidently support themselves and their families.

Based in Vancouver, Muneerah works with clients online worldwide. Having lived in eight countries and traveled extensively, she brings a global, culturally informed lens to her holistic practice.
