As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I help women over 40 release stubborn weight, soothe inflammation, and navigate hormonal changes with more ease and grace.

Besides providing you with a realistic meal plan based on your blood markers and your medical history, I also combine soulful emotional work through NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with movement practices like Pilates, ELDOA, and Myofascial Stretches, giving my clients a safe, supportive space to heal both physically and emotionally.

I am also trained in Adaptogens and Supplementation, Hormonal Health and in Functional Nutrition which will be implemented in your plan as needed so you can see results.
