My name is Sara Abtahi, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and holistic wellness coach.
With over a decade of clinical experience and a background in healthcare, I support individuals struggling with weight gain, hormonal imbalances, low energy, and digestive issues. My work in hospital and clinical settings has shown me that every body is unique—and lasting results require a personalized, whole-body approach.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition. I believe in personalized care—taking the time to understand your story and creating a realistic plan that fits your life.
Because health is not just about food—it’s about metabolism, hormones, digestion, stress, and daily habits.
Today, I help women and men—especially those over 40—reset their metabolism, balance hormones, improve digestion, and feel confident in their bodies again. Through personalized programs like the Metabolic Balance® Program, the Wellness Reset Program, and one-on-one coaching, I help clients achieve real, long-lasting change.
