About Kerri Gaffett

Kerri, originally from Block Island, Rhode Island, has been working with people since the 1970s, first in the service industries, then as a licensed Mental Health Therapist..and most recently as a Metabolic Balance Coach.

Introduction: 

Hi! If you are looking for a holistic nutritional coach that will help YOU help yourself,  then we should meet. I offer early morning appointments, online video sessions,  or telephone Walk/Talk sessions.  My focus is you and what works for you. Please call me to set up an appointment . I look forward to meeting you.

During your session we'll integrate a variety of techniques to meet your needs.  I’ll  help you address life challenges while simultaneously addressing the health of your body, mind, and spirit.

  • 8 Individual coaching sessions focused on YOU – your habits, your concerns and the accountability structure to best support your needs
  • Progress reviews & adjustments based on individual needs & challenges to help you incorporate changes into your lifestyle
  • How to incorporate the best of the program into phases 3 & 4 for lifelong habits to maintain improvements in health, weight and well-being
  • Strategies to use for a lifetime to manage your weight long-term
  • Unlimited text and email support as needed

Health & Wellness Coaching: Develop healthy habits and skills you will use for a lifetime to improve, maintain and return to health when you stray off course. 

We will partner to develop a game plan specific to you and your unique needs. A one-time, weekly or bi-weekly zoom or phone sessions are focused on your success and pain points, and may cover: accountability, guidance, physical activity, discovering your unique habits, what works and doesn’t work for you, Q & A, food plans, internal cleansing and detoxing, getting unstuck, and motivation.
