Ann Sirenko is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Hormone + Weight Loss Specialist who supports women navigating perimenopause, hormone shifts, stubborn weight gain, low energy, poor sleep, cravings, and inflammation. This data-driven approach allows for precision rather than guesswork when it comes to which foods to eat and how much to eat to achieve goals.
Clients are guided through a structured, phased nutrition plan tailored to their physiology, preferences, and real-life demands. The focus is on stabilizing blood sugar, supporting hormone balance, restoring metabolic rhythm, and reducing internal stress — all while ensuring clients feel nourished, satisfied, and supported.
