Hi, I’m Coach Jennifer, a certified Metabolic Balance® Coach and integrative holistic health practitioner passionate about helping people restore balance, energy, and confidence in their bodies.

My work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we address the root causes, not just the symptoms. Using personalized nutrition, functional lab insights, muscle response testing with energy vials, and compassionate coaching, I guide clients through a clear, structured process that supports metabolic health and long-term lifestyle change.
