I have over 20+ years experience as a Naturopath and believe personalised nutrition plays a big part in your journey to wellness. I am a Metabolic Balance Practitioner and Gluten-Free Mumma based in Brisbane. I love food especially chocolate, being outdoors and exploring new places. 

As a small business owner and mumma, I get how busy and overwhelming life can be sometimes. That’s why I like to keep it simple and realistic when it comes to your health and wellbeing.
