After a previous career in science and research, I decided to turn my attention to nutrition and completed my Clinical Nutrition degree in December 2025. I am based in Cairns, Far North Queensland and hope to bring the benefits of nutritional support to people in regional areas. My clinical interests cover metabolic health (type 2 diabetes prevention, insulin resistance), women's health (fertility and peri-menopause) and links between the gastrointestinal system and immunity (chronic autoimmune conditions).

This practice exclusively offers telehealth appointments, making it easily accessible to people in regional areas. All supplements are shipped directly to the client and referrals can be made to local pathology centres for testing.
