Catharine is a registered clinical nutritionist with a practice in north Sydney, but also sees clients online. Catharine has extensive experience in the Metabolic BalanceĀ® method and loves supporting women in midlife as they navigate weight gain, changing hormones and sometimes new diagnoses including thyroid and digestive changes.

By blending a holistic and scientific approach to understand your symptoms, test results, and lifestyle I work with you to enhance your vitality without restrictive diets. I work with clear structured methods so you can be confident you are on the right path, and I support you along the way with regular practical coaching.

By focusing on unraveling your symptoms and understanding your health goals,  I don't just improve your symptoms but really address the root causes. Alongside her busy clinic, Catharine works for a leaeding gut health testing and research company where she has a clinical role in supporting other health professionals with the latest gut microbiome science. Information on practice

Alongside Metabolic Balance, I work with complex digestive conditions including IBS, IBD (colitis and Crohn's) and SIBO. Each client is different, so each will receive a truly tailored plan aimed at addressing the root cause of your symptoms.

With complex or ongoing digestive cases, I often use the latest metagenomic stool testing to see discover how your gut health is affecting your health. This comprehensive approach works well alongside a Metabolic Balance plan to really assess your health inside out.

Catharine's philosophy is that food should be a real source of enjoyment, and the aim is always to expand the diet so you can discover what real freedom feels like away from the guesswork of overly restrictive generic diets.
