I am a qualified doctor and Head of the Department (Dietetics) at a reputed hospital in Jaipur, with specialized training as a certified Metabolic Balance® coach. Over the years, I have worked with individuals facing various lifestyle and metabolic disorders, and this inspired me to adopt an approach that treats the root cause rather than just the symptoms. I have been practicing as a certified Metabolic Balance® coach since 2016, combining my experience as a registered medical doctor with the Medical Council of India and my deep understanding of human physiology. Over the years, I have successfully guided more than 20 clients through their personalized Metabolic Balance journeys, helping them address metabolic issues, improve overall health, and adopt long-term lifestyle changes.

The Metabolic Balance program is a structured three-month plan designed around your individual blood values and health profile. While the active coaching period lasts for three months, the core Metabolic principles can be followed for life, allowing you to maintain the benefits and continue supporting your metabolism naturally. This program introduces you to a new, sustainable way of living—where the right food becomes your foundation for better health, balanced energy, and improved well-being.

To make the process convenient and accessible, I offer both in-person and online consultations. Your personalized plan can also be delivered to you via courier, making it easy to begin your journey no matter where you are. Each consultation focuses on helping you understand your own body, guiding you through every phase of the program, and supporting you as you incorporate healthier habits into your daily routine.
