Michelle combines her background in nutrition, remedial massage, and metabolic health to help clients achieve lasting wellness through practical, evidence-based strategies. She brings a personalised, whole-body approach to each consultation while supporting clients to understand their metabolism, improve energy, and create sustainable change.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships:

• Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine)

• Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy

• Advanced Certificate in Change Psychology

• Certified Holistic Health Practitioner

• Certified Personal Trainer (Master Trainer)

• Member of Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA)

• Certified Practising Nutritionist with the Australasian Association & Register of Practising Nutritionists (AARPN)
