My approach is holistic.
I work with women to get to the root cause of weight gain by providing support nutritionally using the Metabolic Balance program and strengthening your immune system as well.
My 3 month program gives you space and time you need to adjust to a better way of eating. During this time I also work with my clients to release emotions which are holding them back so they can live a happier and healthier life.
