To start with, many diets provide you with cookie cutter solutions which are not addressing the root cause of your slow metabolism, depleted energy levels and weight increase.   

My approach is holistic. 

I work with women to get to the root cause of weight gain by providing support nutritionally using the Metabolic Balance program and strengthening your immune system as well. 

My 3 month program gives you space and time you need to adjust to a better way of eating.  During this time I also work with my clients to release emotions which are holding them back so they can live a happier and healthier life.
