I am a certified nutrition specialist and Metabolic Balance® coach with a professional background that combines evidence-based nutrition, integrative health, and psychology. I studied Health Psychology at University College London (UCL) and completed advanced training in Integrative Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which allows me to approach each client holistically — addressing not only what they eat, but why they eat the way they do.
In my practice, I combine metabolic and nutritional science with psychological principles such as habit formation, motivation, stress management, and behavioural change. This integrated approach helps clients not only lose weight and improve their metabolic health, but also achieve long-term transformation by understanding their relationship with food, emotional triggers, and daily routines. As a result, clients experience better adherence, greater motivation, and more sustainable outcomes.
I have been working with the Metabolic Balance® program for over five years, supporting clients in Prague, London, and Marbella, as well as internationally online. During this time, I have guided a wide range of clients — from busy professionals and entrepreneurs to individuals struggling with long-term weight issues, hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns, and chronic stress.
My focus is always on creating a personalised, supportive, and practical plan that fits into real life. I believe that true change happens when we combine structured nutritional guidance with an understanding of human behaviour, mindset, and emotions — and this is where the synergy of Metabolic Balance® and health psychology delivers its strongest results.
