Tara Price is a highly experienced personal trainer, nutritionist, and fitness instructor with more than 25 years immersed in the wellness industry. Her passion is supporting women over 40 who are navigating weight gain, hormonal shifts, injury fears, or the frustration of conflicting health advice. Tara’s coaching blends science-based training, individualized nutrition, and a thoughtful, compassionate approach—guiding women toward strength, confidence, and sustainable habit change.
A disciplined athlete herself, Tara has completed one half-marathon and three full marathons. She maintains an active lifestyle rooted in strength training and running, bringing firsthand understanding to the challenges and triumphs her clients experience.
Her education includes training in exercise therapy, metabolic balance, athletic yoga, and specialized coaching for women in peri- and post-menopause. This combination allows her to support clients through every stage of midlife with clarity, reassurance, and a plan that truly works for the long term.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Tara enjoying a strong coffee, spending time with her three dogs, or connecting with her two grown sons—her proudest accomplishments.
