Hi, I’m Joanna, your functional nutrition coach at Blue Sky Nourishment Lounge.
I’ve walked through health struggles myself, from disordered eating, IBS flares, and yo-yo dieting. Midlife shifts only seemed to add layers of confusion.
That’s why I coach busy women like us. Juggling careers, kids, and sometimes aging parents too, while feeling not quite right with low energy, unwanted weight shifts, gut issues, or peri/menopausal changes.
We start simple, with sleep, stress management, nutrition and movement. Fundamentals that build the base.
Then we test, we don’t guess. We run thorough labs, and work on a health history together.
From there, your personalized plan is created, using only whole foods. No shakes, pills or detoxes.
My clients are noticing steadier energy through the day, weight loss, deeper sleep, and feeling like themselves again.

Welcome to my practice at Blue Sky Nourishment Lounge!
I offer 1:1 functional nutrition coaching for busy midlife women juggling careers, kids, and aging parents, all while dealing with low energy, weight shifts, gut issues, or peri/menopausal changes.
We focus on real healing here, not quick fixes.
How We Work Together:
Start with a complimentary consultation call. I listen to your story. There is no sales pitch. Then we work on fundamentals: sleep routines, stress tools, simple nutrition, gentle movement. These build the base.
Next, we test, don’t guess. We run thorough bloodwork (36 markers) and complete your health history. Then your personalized plan is created using whole foods only. We phase everything in gently. There are no shakes, pills, or quick-fix band-aids here.
We have weekly check-ins to help you stay on track, and we make adjustments for real life.
