I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and certified Metabolic Balance® practitioner with a special interest in supporting both women and men experiencing hormonal imbalances and weight challenges. I integrate nutrition, lifestyle, stress-reduction practices, functional medicine and laboratory testing to create comprehensive, personalised programmes tailored to each client’s needs.

I am registered with BANT, ANP, and CNHC, and I hold a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I am also a certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner with Lifecode Gx, enabling me to incorporate genetic insights into highly personalised nutritional support.

In addition, I am the co-founder of MeyaHealth.com, an online nutritional therapy clinic dedicated to accessible, evidence-informed health support. I work fluently in English and Spanish.
