I’m Amy, a Bathurst-based Bachelor qualified clinical Naturopath and personal trainer specialising in women's health & hormones. Over the years, I have observed & been mentored by a number of highly experienced Naturopaths and I have also worked in the dispensary of one of Sydney’s most highly regarded integrated medical centres; housing integrative GP’s, a pediatrician, dentists and Naturopathic practitioners. These experiences have helped shape me into the dedicated, ambitious, investigative & caring professional I am today, having successfully run my online practice since 2021.

At AIM we specialise in healing hormones holistically. We offer the metabolic balance nutrition plan within our signature wholistic wellbeing program "The Metabolic Makeover" which is run bi-annually. This is a completely online offering with both personalised consults & group coaching elements.
