Zita Dixon is a qualified Nutritionist, Master Health Coach, Chef and Master NLP Practitioner who has been helping women transform their health and confidence for over seven years. She opened her business, Zest Nutrition in 2018. She combines her background in nutritional medicine, culinary expertise, and mindset coaching to create truly personalised, real-food solutions that last.

With an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, an Advanced Diploma in Cordon Bleu Cooking, a Certificate III in Fitness, and certification as a Master NLP Practitioner and Health Coach, Zita brings a rare blend of science, psychology, and practical know-how to her coaching.

Having grown up in a restaurant and worked as a professional chef, Zita has always had a deep appreciation for good food. But after years of seeing how busy women struggle with dieting, energy crashes, and confusion around what to eat, she discovered her true passion: helping women nourish their bodies properly so they can feel confident, vibrant, and in control again.

Since becoming a Metabolic Balance® Coach in 2019, Zita has guided hundreds of clients through this evidence-based nutrition program, helping them achieve sustainable weight loss and hormonal balance — not through restriction, but through understanding their individual metabolism and eating in alignment with it.

Zita believes that lasting health transformation goes far beyond food alone. Her work integrates mindset, behaviour change, and food psychology, helping her clients rebuild a positive relationship with food and themselves. She empowers women to make peace with their bodies, find joy in eating real food, and create healthy habits that fit into their everyday lives.

Through her business, Zest Nutrition, Zita’s mission is simple:

to help women feel amazing in their bodies again — strong, confident, and well-nourished — without giving up the foods they love or feeling like they’re on a diet.

Informacje o praktyce

Zest Nutrition is based in Bli Bli on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, where I see clients both online and in person from Monday to Thursday. Working from my home practice allows me to live what I teach — creating balance, flexibility and a healthy rhythm that supports both my clients and my own wellbeing.

I work primarily with busy women in their 40s and beyond who are ready to lose weight, feel confident in their bodies again, and create sustainable, healthy habits that fit into their real lives. My approach combines personalised nutrition, Metabolic Balance®, and mindset coaching, supporting each woman to understand her unique metabolism and relationship with food.

With my background as a qualified chef, I make healthy eating practical and delicious. I love showing my clients how easy it can be to prepare nourishing meals that fit their plan — because when food tastes good and works for your body, everything feels easier.

Whether we meet online or face to face, my goal is always the same: to help women feel nourished, confident, and back in control of their health.
