I trained as a Metabolic Balance® coach in 2017 and am the founder of The Lean Rebalance (www.theleanrebalance.com) and Lewesfit Personal Training (www.lewesfit.com) based in East Sussex, UK.

Who I help - For over 15 years I’ve helped 100’s of 40 + professionals to regain energy, lose stubborn weight, banish brain fog & food cravings, improve their sleep and love who they see in the mirror again - so they can enjoy their 40s, 50s and beyond doing all the things they love.

I am a qualified Metabolic Balance® coach, Metabolic Effect® fat-loss coach, THSA Nutritional Therapist, THSA Behaviour Skills coach and Personal Trainer.

I am also a member of IICT (Institute of Complementary Therapists) and CIMSPA (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
