With over 20 years of clinical experience and a background in Sociology and Psychology, I’ve learnt that health works best when it’s simple, personal, and realistic. My role is to understand where you’re starting from and guide you through a Metabolic Balance® program that fits your life, your biology, and your capacity — not the other way around.

Metabolic Balance® isn’t a “one size fits all” solution, and that’s why I choose to work with it. It’s individually tailored, grounded in solid nutritional science, and uses real food to support metabolic repair and sustainable weight loss. The program provides the structure; your lived reality shapes how we make it work.

Alongside the nutritional component, I draw on NLP and mindset work to help you recognise old habits, shift unhelpful patterns, and build small, doable changes that actually stick. It’s not just about the plan — it’s about supporting the way you think, feel, and respond to everyday life so the changes become part of who you are, not just something you “try to do.”

If you’re looking for someone who is practical, evidence-informed, and committed to helping you create realistic, lasting change, you’ll be supported every step of the way. My aim isn’t to transform you overnight — it’s to help you build a way of eating, thinking, and living that feels good long term.

Information on practice

I run a private naturopathic practice in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, supporting clients both locally and across Australia. Consultations are available in person or via Telehealth, making the program accessible no matter where you live. My practice focuses on personalised nutrition, metabolic health, mindset support, and long-term behavioural change to help clients create sustainable results.
