At 40 years old I decided I was not going to “age"—it was time to control 100% of the "wellth" in my life.

I began following nutritionists, functional medicine doctors, and health coaches. I tried to hack my own health with elimination diets, glowing green smoothies, protein shakes, blood type diet, Brightline eating, plant-based diet, and intermittent fasting to name a few. I spent crazy amounts of money on all kinds of supplements and items like spirulina, chlorella, MCT oil, and protein powders.

Nothing seemed to make a significant difference. I continued to struggle with my weight, anxiety, low mood, fatigue, stress, and concerning blood markers.

It wasn’t until I discovered Metabolic Balance in January 2022 and committed to my custom-made, unique to me nutrition plan based on my lab values that I began achieving significant results. I lost a whopping 53 lbs going from 170 lbs to 117 lbs. Inches melted off my body including 7 inches from my waist, which went from 36” to 29”. My pant size changed from a size 10 to a size 0. Magically, my blood markers improved as well as my low mood, concentration, and energy.

This program not only improved my health and body, but it also simplified my life and improved my "wellth".

I established habits that serve me. I spend less time and money food shopping. I spend less time in the kitchen preparing meals. No food goes to waste. I am more intuitive with my eating and can recognize what my body needs (and what it does not need). I know exactly how much to eat, when to eat and what to eat.

I finally discovered something that is sustainable and works!

I am a huge believer in this program, and I am confident it will work for everyone—so much so I want to shout it from the rooftops.
