Hi, I'm Laura!

I support individuals in restoring balance, energy, and confidence by working with the body as an interconnected system—mind, body, and spirit.

My approach is rooted in personalized nutrition and holistic health, with a deep appreciation for how mindset, emotional well-being, and nervous system regulation influence physical health. I believe lasting change occurs when the body feels supported, the mind feels clear, and individuals feel connected to themselves.

I’m especially drawn to working with people who feel depleted, stuck in cycles of dieting, or disconnected from their body’s signals. Together, we slow the process, clarify what the body needs, and create a structured yet compassionate path forward that is sustainable in real life.

My coaching style is grounded, thoughtful, and supportive. I focus on education, accountability, and steady progress to help clients understand the “why” behind their plan, building trust in their choices and confidence in their ability to sustain change.
