Ellen Smith is a naturopath with over 30 years of clinical experience, and the founder of Bayshore Naturopathic Clinic in Perth, Western Australia. Throughout her career, Ellen has developed a particular interest in the deep, interconnected role that metabolic health plays across the whole body — which is what drew her to Metabolic Balance as a program she genuinely believes in.

For Ellen, metabolic health is never just about the number on the scale.
